Because Love Liquidations LLC sells liquidation, closeout, surplus, overstock, and open-box merchandise, inventory, packaging, quantities, and product condition may vary. Customers should review each individual product listing carefully before purchasing.

We describe merchandise as accurately as we reasonably can, including condition category, what is included, and known limitations. Photographs may be representative of the merchandise type.

Pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, freight, or applicable taxes unless expressly stated.

Inventory availability

Liquidation inventory is limited and availability changes regularly. Listing an item does not guarantee that it remains available at the time your order is reviewed.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Love Liquidations LLC reviews each order and may accept it in whole, in part, or decline it — for example if merchandise is no longer available, if information cannot be verified, or if a listing error occurred. No contract is formed until we confirm acceptance.

Payment

Accepted methods are credit card, Zelle, and bank wire. Orders are not treated as paid until funds are received and verified. See the Payment Policy for details, including how Zelle orders are handled.

Shipping

Shipping and freight terms, costs, and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated for a specific order.

Returns

Return eligibility is stated on each individual listing and is governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Wholesale purchases

Wholesale and reseller inventory may contain mixed merchandise. Where applicable, manifests, quantities, condition information, and other available inventory details will be provided before purchase. Buyers are responsible for evaluating merchandise for their intended resale activities.

Errors and corrections

The website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, availability, or shipping. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or adjust an affected order, including after submission. If an order is cancelled for this reason after payment, payment is refunded.

Love Liquidations LLC is not an authorized dealer, official distributor, or affiliate of any manufacturer unless expressly stated and verified. Any third-party trademarks appearing on inventory listings belong to their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Liquidations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or from merchandise purchased, including lost profits or lost resale revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

No guarantees of resale outcomes

Love Liquidations LLC does not promise or guarantee savings, profits, resale income, investment returns, or continued product availability. Buyers are responsible for evaluating merchandise for their intended use or resale activity.

Governing law

Love Liquidations LLC operates from Ohio, United States. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Governing-law, venue, and dispute-resolution provisions should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.
